  • The Mas Boutet’s Olive grove :

The Mas Boutet’s olive grove is accessible on foot by the Grand Hôtel du Golfe. Gildas and Isabelle Girodeau produce an excellent labelled organic olive oil and sell other products stemming from the olive.

A booking at the hotel reception is required to visit the Olive Grove.

  • Les Anchois Roques (Anchovies) :

Anchovies have been produced in the small fishing village of Collioure since the 1500’s. The Roque family traces their beginnings in the area back to 1870. The Roque family is one of only two remaining families producing anchovies in this region. The production of anchovies is an extremely labor intensive process. The company is dependent on their local employees, and many of them have been employed by the family for years

  • Fishermen of Port-Argeles & de Port-Vendres

On our Catalan coast, between Saint-Cyprien and Cerbere continues an activity of artisanal fishing
From 8 am fishers install their market-stall on the quay and sell directly their production.

  • Tramontane Wines :

Tramontane Wines was set up in 2008 by Philippe Gard and Andy Cook.

– Philippe is trained as an agricultural engineer and winemaker, and has consulted for many top Bordeaux Châteaux, and elsewhere in the world. He owns Domaine Coume del Mas in Banyuls, and lives there with his wife Natalie and their three girls.

– Andy trained as a winemaker in New Zealand, and has worked buying, selling, judging and promoting wine and whisky for 20 years. He lives in the Roussillon with his wife Kirsten and their two sons.

In addition to Tramontane, they also work together to produce and distribute wines the wines from other domaines: Mas Cristine and Coume del Mas

  • Le Clos des vins d’Amour :

Family owned since 1860, the Clos des vins d’Amour is run in Maury with love and passion by Christine, Laurence, Christophe et Nicolas Dornier.

The vineyard is spread over 24 hectares on the three magical scistous terroirs of tautavel, Maury and Saint Paul de Fenouillet, overlooked by the château de Queribus.

At 70%, the Grenache noir is the dominant grape variety of the domain (and Maury in general)  and expressed itself throughout the gentleness of its fruit and the tendreness of this tannins.

Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Grenache blanc complete the range of grape varieties.
